You insure optimized and smooth time organisation for the three VPs, and support the teams in the administrative and financial tasks. You actively contribute in the planning and organisation of internal and external events. You are able to interact with a range of diverse stakeholders, from junior to very senior, at local up to national level. You have a very strong sense of proactivity, with notions of project management. You actively contribute to the good organisation and daily life of the team. Work conditions - The position is based in Paris at the Safran headquarter. - The Executive Assistant is reporting into the VP Europe, and functionally into the VP Public Affairs for France and Multilateral Affairs, and the Military advisor. - Travels will be required exceptionally, in France, eventually within Europe. - The Safran remote working policy would apply Key Respo
