Reporting to the Sustainability and Food Certification Market Leader, you will join a team of 12 experts. The position can be based in Europe - at one of our European agencies. You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of global food safety and sustainability certification services. WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH Your mission is to drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of food safety management systems while establishing Bureau Veritas as the thoughtleader in food safety & sustainability certification and compliance across all regions, ensuring competitive advantage and revenue growth. Your role is essential to position Bureau Veritas as the market authority and to deliver scalable, clientfacing solutions. You will: - Business Development & Strategy - translate international food safety and sustainability standards into scalable audit frameworks and service offerings; develop strategic roadmaps, identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth; create new offers from business plan to implementation; lead strategic discussions to improve sales and operations. - Leadership & Global Coordination - lead the global food certification tribe, foster crossregional collaboration and knowledge sharing; chair monthly strategic meetings with regional managers and certification leaders; mentor foodsafety professionals worldwide; represent Bureau Veritas at international events and with scheme owners. - Service Delivery & Technical Excellence - develop customized audit methodologies and checklists for large customers; lead internat
