As Marketing Programs Manager Europe, you will play a central role in driving the execution and coordination of marketing programs across France and Europe, while acting as a key business partner for one of the company's priority markets. Key Responsibilities: * Own and execute the European marketing programs calendar, including congresses, events, and educational initiatives, with a clear focus on measurable business impact * Lead end-to-end event management: logistics, suppliers, budget control, and on-site execution * Ensure consistency, compliance, and localization of marketing materials across European markets * Manage external vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality, scalable programs * Act as a trusted marketing partner to the local commercial leadership and sales teams * Support and deploy field marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events, aligned with business priorities * Build strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals * Contribute to strengthening the company's visibility and influence within the professional ecosystem * Coordinate campaigns, newsletters, and digital initiatives in collaboration with global teams * Support CRM activities (e.g., Salesforce) and contribute to sales enablement * Track and report on program performance, ensu
