Détail du poste This full-time internship in Data & Analytics at Allianz Partners is for someone who wants to see how data governance really works in a global company - not just in theory. You'll be part of a small, skilled team working on a real transformation project: defining how we manage and retain data, and helping to implement our data governance framework on Databricks. It's a good fit if you: - Enjoy working with data (collecting, structuring, analysing) and can explain what you find in clear, simple language - Are curious about data governance, regulation and how large organisations control and use data - Want a hands-on, end-to-end experience rather than just doing isolated analysis tasks - Are comfortable talking to different stakeholders and are not shy about asking questions or sharing your views What you do - Support data-related projects: understand user needs, collect data from different sources, perform data analysis and interpretation, and present your findings in a clear way - Engage with cross-functional stakeholders (regional and country teams) to collect, challenge and document data retention rules - Help design and implement a practical handbook for data retention policies that can be used by business and technical teams - Contribute to the implementation of the data governance framework on Databricks, working with the team to translate rules and policies into concrete setups and processes - Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use What you bring - Currently enrolled in a Master's or equivalent university programme, with availability for a 5-6 month full-time internship - Solid data management and analytical skills: you can clean, structure and analyse data, and draw meaningful conclusions from it - Basic coding skills in Python and/or SQL, with the wil
