Entity : Royal Canin What are we looking for? - University degree in Engineering. - Technical expertise on utilities. - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. - Ability to summarize key information and deliver impacting presentations. - Ability to stand alone. - Project management skills. What will be your key responsibilities? 1. Safety Standards and safety culture - Endorse corporate safety programs and targets, assessing utilities safety compliance during site visits. - Gives input to findings from corporate audits on utilities. - Share and develop Utilities Safety Standards within Engineering group. 2. Royal Canin Utilities Standards - Own full scope on: Steam, Hot Water, Compressed air, Nitrogen production, Water treatment, HVAC, Chillers, Heat Pumps, Heat Recovery, Sprinkling system, Fire detection. Electrical distribution is out of scope. - Manage database of sites utilities installations. - Develop Royal Canin Standards per utility, leveraging relevant support from Mars PETCARE, Q&FS requirements, engineering peers and database from Royal Canin engineering companies. - Develop and own a tool for budget scoping for projects. - Create material for asset handover in collaboration with OEM. Transfer material and knowledge to CVS teams. - Develop maintenance checklist and spare parts list recommendations from suppliers according to MSE PM standards. 3.Utility transformation roadmap - Lead conversion/Efficiency projects to support Mars 2040 GHG targets, and support sites in their transition to Natural and Ultra-low GWP solutions according to Royal Canin and Mars roadmap. - Join sites Masterplan and Asset Health, focusing on Utilities, prioritizing requirements and highlighting SiG Playbook gap closure. - Prepare roadmap per region for yearly CAB review. 4.
