We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities Under the responsibility of the Front Office Manager and her Assistant, as a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless operation of our front office department. Your responsibilities will include***Leading and inspiring the morning or the evening shift, with a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled service. * Organizing and coordinating daily activities to ensure efficiency and excellence. * Managing room assignments for both individuals and groups, with a keen eye for detail and guest preferences. * Collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall guest experience. * Train, coach and supervise the Receptionists in order to support engagement, opportunity and development.
