Détail du poste The Global Sales Excellence and Steering Team supports local and global Sales teams across more than 30 entities with initiatives related to learning, training, processes, tools, and sales steering. Our team operates across five countries with a shared mission to: - Define the end-to-end sales process in collaboration with functions such as Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance. - Digitize the sales process using Salesforce as the global platform for sales users. - Support global and local tender processes through the delivery of sales pitches and materials via our Proposal Factory. - Build and manage the Sales Academy, a central training platform for all sales professionals across Allianz Partners. - Define and implement a Bpartner methodology, ensuring close collaboration across functions in an agile environment. Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, the Sales Operations & Process Excellence Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that elevate sales performance globally and locally. This leader will champion transformation, foster continuous improvement, and create a culture of excellence and innovation. What you do Sales Operational Excellence & Transformation - Lead global sales process initiatives from design to execution, driving measurable improvements in performance and operational efficiency across Lines of Business and Business Units. - Champion AI-enabled process optimization by acting as product owner-translating business needs into scalable solutions and ensuring adoption across the organization. Innovation in Sales Tools & Enablement - Redesign strategic assets such as Proposal Factory 2.0 to maximize visibility, impact, and alignment with global priorities. - Promote knowledge sharing and standardization across teams, delivering value through simplification and automation.
