Détail du poste This Working Student role sits in the Internal Audit team at Allianz Partners. The team provides independent assurance to senior management and Boards that key risks are understood and managed. You will help the team run smoothly: keeping reporting, documentation, training and tools organised and up to date so auditors can focus on their core work. This role is a good fit if you're a currently enrolled student who enjoys structure and coordination, is comfortable with data and documents, and wants exposure to how a global organisation is governed and controlled. You should like working with details, managing several tasks at once, and communicating clearly with different stakeholders. What you do - Assist with preparing and coordinating global internal audit reports and updates for Boards, Audit Committees and senior management. - Support the maintenance and improvement of governance documentation (e.g. audit policies, standards, operating manuals) so they are current, clear and easy to use. - Contribute to the digital enablement of audit processes, including working with tools like TeamMate+ and analytics platforms.- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use - Help organise and deliver onboarding and training activities for internal auditors (e.g. scheduling, materials, follow-ups). - Prepare presentations, reports and basic data analyses to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with colleagues across functions and locations to ensure information, processes and timelines are aligned. What you bring - You are a current university student (bachelor's or master's), ideally in business, finance, economics, law or a related field, and can work part-time alongside your studies.
