Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your tasks and responsibilities: - Recruitment of interns and apprentices: management of the campaign in France for GIS & campus management - Recruitment of the VIE population within GIT - Talent management of the interns and apprentices - Training plan management in liaison with Forvia University: from targeting to the registration of the employees - Participation in main HR & Talent Development processes : on-boarding, training, annual performance reviews, salary review, people review, etc. - Collection and consolidation of HR data/KPIs : personnel movements, performance indicators, monitoring of employees' entries and exits This list of missions is not exhaustive, other projects will come in addition. This experience will allow you to discover a diverse, complex and international organization with a high maturity in Human Resources.
