You will join the Operations Transformation department within Airbus Helicopters Operations, working in an international plateau mode in Marignane, France. Our diverse team is motivated by complex, transversal project management that actively shapes the future of our people, business, and customers. At the heart of this transformation is NewERP - a strategic initiative designed to simplify, harmonize, and standardize our processes, methods, and tools worldwide. By creating a sustainable digital backbone, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, ensure digital continuity, and elevate customer satisfaction. Your challenges: - Ensure E2E Consistency: Drive cross-functional integration and guarantee that all E2E process and solution designs align with NewERP goals (Standardization, Harmonization, Simplification). - Transversal Coordination: Manage complex cross-domain issues and integration points involving to ensure the chosen solution brings the highest value at a company level. - Design & Architecture Support: Lead Functional Design & Architecture, supporting business requirement definitions and conducting solution proposal consistency checks. - Decision Making & Governance: Prepare, review, and validate Key Design Decisions alongside Functional and Technical Integration Points. - Agile Delivery: Deliver and validate E2E processes in accordance with Program Increment (PI) planning. - External Roadmap Alignment: Act as the primary interface for major non-ERP projects (e.g., SC Resilience, SPART) to ensure communication and roadmap alignment. - Change Management & Escalation: Support change management and communication within the program and toward other directorates.
