Your responsabilities: - Leading and executing the sales strategy : - Lead the account management on the biggest partnerships ; with the objective of developing revenue through cross sell / upsell opportunities. - Business unit steering : - Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine the value proposition (CRM, Product, Tech, Operations, Sales Ops etc.) - Run performance analysis in order to make decisions (recruitments for instance), you're responsible for your P&L, from revenue to margin generation. - Identity growth levers on the market (expanding the offering ;refining the go-to-market strategy) - Team management : - Coach and develop a performing team - Define the objectives for the team, mentor and help on deal closings (acquisition or upsells) to drive results.
