Your mission, roles and responsibilities Internal Auditor - EMEA Region Forvia Group - Internal Audit Department About the Role: The Forvia Group Internal Audit (FGIA) team supports the Group and all its global entities, executing audits in line with the annual plan approved by the CEO and the Audit Committee. The Internal Audit function is responsible for evaluating the internal control framework, focusing on: - Compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Protection of Group assets and risk identification - Accuracy and reliability of financial reporting - Efficiency and effectiveness of business processes and adherence to Group procedures FGIA plays a key role in enhancing internal controls and improving process efficiency across the organization. Scope of Work: Audit assignments vary and may include production sites, R&D centers, GBS, legal entities, cross-functional processes, programs, or specific management requests. Your Mission: As part of the EMEA Internal Audit team, you will lead or participate in audit missions in dynamic and complex environments. Reporting to the EMEA Internal Audit Director, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting audit missions: interviews, document analysis (financial, contractual, procedural), identifying control weaknesses, and drafting audit reports - Monitoring the implementation of action plans - Contributing to the development and enhancement of audit methodologies and work programs - Building strong relationships with operational teams to promote understanding of internal audit's role and support control improvements - Engaging in continuous professional development (e.g., training, IFACI membership) and sharing knowledge with colleagues Your profile and competencies to succeed We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: - 3 to 8 years of professional e
