We are looking for an Aerostructures Supply Quality Managerto come onboard in our QualityDirectorate in Marion's team: a team of 5 collaborators! Your Mission - Secure on-quality deliveries - Develop quality Key Indicators Performance to monitor on-quality performance and implement associated action plan to improve quality (set up and monitor quality improvement plan with the aim to improve customer satisfaction) - Define Partners surveillance plan covering design and production scope - Plan and conduct product and process related audits/assessments - Manage First Article Inspection (FAI) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and for series modifications for which key industrial risks are identified - To perform industrial audits and/or assessments (IPCA+ like) for high risk Suppliers (Partner scope) such as those involving Transfer Of Work (ToW), significant non-conformities, or other critical quality issues - In coordination with FAL and/or Aftermarket Supply Chain teams and any other ATR stakeholders as applicable, develop a common action plan (« one voice ») when there are important poor on-quality and on-time delivery performance from Partners - Contribute to Partner's qualit
