The Technology & Industrial Performance (TIP) team within SaintGobain Construction Chemicals is looking for a Group Process Engineer to support and strengthen industrial performance across our Admixtures, Resin & Fibers activities worldwide. Reporting to the Engineering & PMO Director, you will play a key role at Group level by defining, deploying and continuously improving process standards, equipment specifications and engineering best practices, while supporting subsidiaries on major CAPEX projects and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Process Design & Industrial Standards Develop and maintain safe, reliable and costeffective process designs, procedures and equipment standards for Construction Chemicals manufacturing. Define functional specifications, operating parameters and process documentation. Lead or contribute to process hazard analyses (e.g. HAZOP) to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Promote continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned from plants and projects worldwide. Project Investment & Execution Support Provide engineering expertise to subsidiaries throughout CAPEX project lifecycles, from concept design to commissioning. Support business cases, investment justification and technical decisionmaking. Participate in key milestones (design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning). Interface with vendors, EPCs and contractors to ensure compliance with Group standards. Support procurement teams with technical input for vendor selection and tender evaluations. Technical Leadership & Expertise Act as a subject matter expert for process equipment, upgrades and modifications. Conduct audits of new and existing facilities and provide clear recommendations. Support countries on asset management, troubleshooting and root cause analyses. Share best practices and contribute to technical communities across the Group.
