As part of the development of a vessel portfolio operated by a major international maritime player, responsible for the operation and technical performance of a fleet of specialised units, we are seeking an experienced Technical Superintendent to join the onshore technical team. Reporting to the Technical Department, you will act as the operational and technical reference for a portfolio of vessels. Your mission will be to ensure their operational availability, technical performance, and regulatory compliance. Description Your main responsibilities will include: - Technical and budget management Monitoring maintenance costs, participating in the annual budget preparation, and performing monthly cost control in coordination with support functions (Business Control, Fleet Management). - Fleet maintenance management Supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of vessels, ensuring compliance with internal technical standards and company maintenance procedures. - Compliance and inspections Organising and leading periodic technical inspections of vessels. Ensuring compliance with international regulations (ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, STCW) as well as flag state and classification society requirements. - HSE & continuous improvement Actively contributing to the development of the fleet's HSE culture.
