You will be involved in strategic discussions around IT architecture and solution definition as well as leading exciting projects by yourself. The purpose is, to develop innovative and leading edge solutions, to drive production and assembly teams to maximum efficiency and excellence. Your challenges: - Project execution: Coordinate and lead ww projects alongside our Operations 2030+ roadmap, on time, on cost and on quality - Solution definition: Translate industry requirements into technical specifications and a clear Value Proposition. - Solution architecture: Propose solutions in line with enterprise strategies, leading edge ambitions, simplification and best value for money - Stakeholder management: build a trustful stakeholders network and implement consensus and compromise mindset in a complex environment - Risk & compliance management: Identify and mitigate industry-specific risks (e.g., regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, operational safety, obsolescence, etc.).
